Hey, A friend of mine is looking for a gaming build for £650. I've put this together for him but I've been out of the PC building game a year or two so I could be completely wrong on stuff - would anyone mind giving it a look? You are going to have to spend more on them; otherwise, your parts may fry entirely, your friend's electric bill will be driven up, and your parts will be much hotter causing reduced lifespan, inability to overclock, and worse case scenario overheating. I assume you want to overclock since you've payed extra for the necessary parts (k processor and z77 motherboard), but you don't have a CPU cooler. This is what I recommend if you can go up: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/1uvBR Don't get the 660, there are too many similarly priced video cards that perform better than it. It would also be ideal to upgrade to Haswell, since it's just a little bit more performance and newer technology for a little bit more cost.
