I hope its Most Wanted 2, but I also hope they make it close to the first.
Include the things that made it awesome to begin with, and please for the love of god, don't make a Burnout clone with a NFS tag.
Hell, remake MW. That was the very best NFS for me. And say what you will about the soundtrack, but it was perfect IMO.

Come on, The Run wasn't THAT bad. Sure it had it's terrible balance moments but seriously it was fun.

hot pursuit 2? underground? most wanted? they all pale in comparison to the pure awesomeness of High Stakes.

Not for me, it was bland. AI and physics were somewhat awful.
I remember this one time that my car was totaled because of the AI cars pushed a truck and blocked the entire road.

Yeah the whole crashing ordeals sucked but otherwise it was okay.
I fear it would be a dumbed down version of the first most wanted like most today game. Really hope not.

A new underground with it's flashy lights and customization would be amazing with today's technology
They're also making another Dead Space, but I think that was confirmed a while ago.
Lets hope this one is actually good, unlike The Run, where I finished the game in 4 fucking hours.
it's kinda funny to think this series is like half my age (22) i can remember the earliest one from when i was 10 years old
so, there's been a NFS every year for about the past 14 years if I recall right...
NFS Porsche was still the strongest one there, it had the balance between sim and arcade just right
HP2 was just that with better graphics and soundtrack really.
I'm more excited about the Dead Space 3 announcement
Hasn't Most Wanted technically gotten a bunch of sequels already? Carbon, Undercover and the Run were aimed towards sort of a "Most Wanted 2"
I really hope it's going to be along the lines of NFS2/3, while high stakes had better gameplay, something about the atmosphere about 2 and 3 was amazing, maybe it's just nostalgia getting in my way though.
