Russian President Vladi•mir Putin denies election hacking after President Trump pressed him, Secretary of State Tillerson says. Putin and Trump met for more than two hours during the G-20 summit, announcing a “de-escalation commitment for southwest Syria.” The leaders discussed brokering “commitments of noninterference” in the U.S. political system during a lengthy face-to-face meeting in Germany. Tillerson, who attended the meeting, said it did not focus on the U.S. moving to punish Russia for the allegations that it hacked and leaked information that would help Trump win the election. Instead, Tillerson said the two presidents focused on “how do we move forward” regarding the election hacking issue. Well yeah. What do you expect Putin to say "Hell yeah we did it you're welcome"?
And here I was expecting Putin to admit to sowing massive dissent in the United States and destabilizing the Western political world. Bugger.
Well I guess it didn't happen then
Well that's that. Trump asked him and Putin said no. Go home, everybody. The investigation is off. That was all the lead we had.

What I wanna know is... Did trump wear panties to this [del]booty call[/del] meeting? Did he bother with lipstick? Putin doesn't seem like the type to want lipstick on his junk.
Even if what was said to have happened had indeed happened that hardly makes the election "rigged".
Hey, remember the first piece of election fraud that actually came to light during the election? Some piece of shit woman who voted twice for Candidate Trump because "the election is rigged. he's going to lose. the election is rigged."
is arguing semantics all trump supporters have left now
That's all they had to begin with, they've just used up all their juicier ones.
is arguing semantics all trump supporters have left now
The election was not rigged. The extent of the (alleged) interference was that Russians hacked the DNC and released the emails (I don't even believe this happened, TBH) there is no way this is "rigged". By your logic every time damaging information is released on any candidate ever the election becomes rigged against that candidate.

And that's all the stuff we know about, there could be much more.
What did Trump expect this to even look like is my question. Did he seriously think "Yeah this will put the argument to rest".
Well that's that. Trump asked him and Putin said no. Go home, everybody. The investigation is off. This could get interesting though:

By your logic every time damaging information is released on any candidate ever the election becomes rigged against that candidate.
Wow, you disagree with Trump - he said over and over it was rigged against him. His administration has actually started the process of publicly releasing my private voter information, including my name and who I voted for in an attempt to find out how it was rigged against him, at least in Texas. Even though he fucking won. It wasn't rigged, though, you're correct there. It was a massive-scale disinformation campaign. You can literally see Breitbart's traffic spike upwards from Russian bots in December and immediately plummet to normal levels again after the election was decided. Russian hackers obtained voter information, which is a verified fact, and likely used that to target individual voters through Facebook and Twitter with disinformation and (literal) fake news to either discourage them from voting or encourage them to vote for Trump. They didn't change a vote after it was cast, but they sure as hell spent a lot of time and energy hacking our systems to get information to spread lies to change peoples minds. But you're right, they did that for funsies, just a good prank, they didn't want to influence the election and undermine the democratic process in any way. And, after all that, he still didn't even win the popular vote. Sad.
Well, looks like the story won't end just here
I honestly don't know which I should trust.

If proof ever does come to light, it will be a very embarrassing situation for him.
The american intelligence community are in complete agreement that there was interference in the election by russian agents though. That's a fact.
No, it isn't. The political appointees who run about 3 or 4 intelligence agencies say this happened. On the other hand a man who has endured a life-long struggle against corruption an imperialism (and paid a high price for it) says that the man who was really responsible for the hacks was shot in the back of the head in a supposed robbery. I trust Julien Assange, I trust Wikileaks and their struggle, I trust the Russians and Vladimir Putin. I don't trust American spies. If these people in the intelligence community really believe this hacking happened it's only because it's what they would do to other peoples elections.
If this actually happens then it means the President trusts the Russian government over his own.
