Phase light on motherboard 1 orange, 3 green on startup.

Hi there facepunch,

Does anyone know what 1 orange phase light and 3 green mean on a motherboard, it's doesn't effect anything that I know of, I'm just rather curious what it means.

My motherboard is Gigabyte Z68X-UD3-B3.

I'd suggest you look in your manual, it's probably just the motherboard doing something like a checkup each time it boots.

I just had a brief look, it appears to be the CPU under load on startup (the more lights there is, the more it's under load).
