Genetic engineering has been a rising technology studied by the pharmaceutical and biological industries. It is now widely used to mass-produce vaccines and drugs like insulin. Food produced using genetic modification, however, has been met with less public and official recognition.[/quote]

Was expecting some sort of milking factory with bays of women getting their tits squeezed into a bucket by gruff old farmers.

Well to be honest it is meant to taste good for the baby, whose taste is likely different to that of an adult.
The taste can also depend on the health of the person as well.
