Facepunch using a lot of RAM

So as the thread title says Facepunch has been using a lot of memory. Far more than it should be. When I open it in a new tab it starts at what you'd expect but after some browsing it can be upwards of 1,000,000K(1GB). Here's a screenshot of the usage at the time of posting this:

As you may have noticed I am using Chrome(v18.0.1025.58 beta). I am unsure but could it possibly be caused by the back history building up? As I browse Facepunch sometimes rather than pressing back to get back to the index I'll click the logo at the top. To fix it I've tried disabling different extensions and if no solution is found here I'll probably try reinstalling Chrome.
