I have a computer that's a nice gaming setup, and everything is fine except for one annoying problem:
My nVidia 560 Ti heats up like a motherfucker when in game, even in less intensive games, like CSS. It just goes from idling at 32-38C to 60C+ in a matter of minutes, and I have had problems with overheating and the computer triggering a failsafe and auto-killing itself.
My case is an NZXT M59 (NOT MY ALBUM), a sort-of budget case, in order to compensate for the assfuck of money I blew.
Any help or suggestions available?

I have the following means of cooling installed:
1 120mm on top, 1 120mm on the side, (probably)80mm directly under the case for the PSU(I elevated my case for this), a Corsair Hydro H70 for the prcoessor (AMD Phenom II x6 1100T) and the side panel has a dink in the connector so there's a crack or openness.

Again, [sp]srsly helap lol?!1[/sp]
Can you get HWmonitor and take a picture of it while playing a game?
I can't get to the computer until next week, but why would you need that? I told you what it does.
GPUs can have heat swings of more than 20C in less than 30-45 seconds, it's not uncommon for their temperature to vary over a wide range from idle to load.
But a overheating GPU isn't going to cause the system to shut down, though an overheating CPU will do that, if you have that option set in the BIOS. You need to check the CPU temps, and not solely concentrate on just the GPU temp. It could also be the PSU being overloaded, you might want to check that too.
Well, it's a 600-Watt PSU if I'm correct, and the card alone needs, if I'm correct, 500 watts.
The watt rating video cards specify takes into account the entire system load, it's meant to be an average for people to base their systems by.
In reality, I think the GTX560TI consumes like 150-170W under full load, I'd have to recheck the spec.
What brand/model is the PSU? There are tons of shoddy and shit PSUs that claim high wattages, but in reality can barely live up to less than 1/2 or worse that rating.
Place your comp case in a clear area, and if you have a spare electric fan, place the fan directly at the case, turn it on while playing games
Or you can do the same with air conditioner

It's a Rosewill; not the best I've heard but it's sufficed.

I'll look around, good idea.
60c is nothing for a GPU, only if it gets to like 80c you should get worried.
