the only issue I've run into that really bothered me so far is the broken as fuck loot prompts
sometimes you have to run into/around a chest or whatever before you can even loot it, because you have to find where the prompt was placed, which is sometimes underground or floating 20 feet above it :v:

Anybody else having issues getting the GOG Galaxy client to apply the update? Keeps failing on me at 60% or so.

fixed it by launching the game, then quitting, then repairing

I wish they'd fix looting plants. Let me just spam E on it, I don't want to go through a menu to pick up a leaf.
This isn't super big, but I hope they add an option to toggle having the controls on the hud.
Why the fuck do my controls have to be ever-present on my hud?

You mean the UI in the bottom right? You can do that, look in the options harder
One thing that's been bothering me so far is the fall damage. Sometimes I've fallen off of a hut roof or small cliff face (about 5-6 feet) and Geralt takes an 8th or so of fall damage, which can only be replenished by eating food. I'm playing on Blood and Broken Bones difficulty. It's just pretty ridiculous, do i need to level up or something?

Sometimes I've jumped up onto a ledge and took fall damage. For going up.
This update upped my framerate by 1 fps :v:
Thank god they've increased keyboard responsiveness, I'd been struggling against the controls for the past few days and switched to controller yesterday, it's not much better though.
Couldn't make a set of keybinds that felt comfortable either, but that's probably just me.

he's getting too old for this
I don't have a problem with fall damage, but make that damage regenerate quicker. The fact that it permanently damages Geralt is annoying, he's supposed to be an acrobatic guy.

Hey but if your framerate before the patch was 4 fps and now after the patch it's 5, that would be a bump in performance by 25%

Did you ever work in marketing by any chance?
