Trying to make a homemade Aux cord from two old useless headphones. I stripped the wire but I read something saying that inside should be 3 wires at least (black, red, ground) and I only have two (red and ground). It looks like there could be another wire that the ground is wrapped around in both cases (which is odd since they're both different headphones) but I'm not quite positive. Is it safe trying to solder just red and ground or should I try something else? Thanks!
