When did we get to 2010 and where was this article like a month after FO4 getting released
No matter what they were aiming for they're late
Actually started replaying New Vegas a month ago and got sucked right back in again.
With the right combination of mods, the game is a blast and near endless.
Too bad Fallout 4 sold pretty good, so they won't go back to what made New Vegas great.
I feel like PC Gamer writers often don't have anything to write about so they just leech anything they can from mods.

A different developer?

That too. (I mean they made it pretty clear at some point that Obsidian is out of the window.)
But what I meant is that Fallout 4, despite its dumbed-down design has sold better than New Vegas and Bethesda can pretty much look at this and say: "Hey, what we changed and made worse in F4 actually lead to better sales. So we'll keep it for the future titles this way."

Why does it matter? Can you only put out an article about a game within a 3 month window of it being released or something? They put out an article about mods for a game, who cares if it's an old game?
I'm one of the oddballs that enjoyed Fallout 4, but by no means am I going to say it was a perfect game, especially in the story department (And the way they handled the DLC, fucking yikes).
I really would like to see Obsidian tackle another installment even though that'll most likely never happen.

Yes, you can only put out an article for a certain period of time for it to still be at the height of relevancy.
If they wanted to get the maximum audience they should've put this out right at the time that people would've been looking for New Vegas mods and putting it out this late seems pretty pointless.
