EU is actually investigating the patent shitflinging between Apple and Samsung so I think it's only a matter of time before someone gets told
Apple has been non stop suing Samsung forever, why doesn't Google sue Apple for using Google Maps, Google Search, Google Plus notifications... I mean seriously, grow the fuck up Apple.

When they release things as fast as they do, you don't expect them to make something brand new?
Two reasons for this.
1) Everything has been done in this part of the market, making anything else would take a lot of time researching and building it up.
2) They don't have the time to do it, considering they're pulling a new piece of tech out their ass every 6-8 months.

I also hate it when the same thing happens to Apple and people [I]then[/I] start complaining, as if Apple as all innocent.
