I fucking HATE snakes,and this giant 6 foot (guess) bugger is curling up on a tree in my backyard. How should I get rid of him?
Also,if you didn't read,I hate snakes with all my heart. I don't want to touch it.

Put something on a lead, i presume you have a fake mouse for your cat.
So stick it on a piece of string, hide inside your house and use the cat flap to draw him near, then stick a box on him

Snakes are beneficial, they eat rats and mice that invade homes. Also, it wants to be left alone, it is more scared of you than you of it. Snakes are severely misunderstood.
Google says they're not poisonous, they won't bite unless they're provoked, and they eat mice. I would just leave him be.
On the other hand, the site I found says they sometimes like to enter houses in the winter, so make of that what you will.

Black rat snakes especially, as they can manually give off an odor when they feel they are in danger.

Your cat's fine, black rat snakes fear cats. They can only eat kittens, however adult cats like to play with these and kill the snake most of the time.

Kill it, skin it, eats its meat and drain the oil from it.
Then try to sell it to the local general store selling the products claiming to be either Plissken or Marston.
