Nearly 20,000 emails and more than 8,000 attachments from the Democratic National Committee have been released by WikiLeaks. This is part one of their new Hillary Leaks series, the whistleblower organization said in press release.
The emails released Friday cover a period from Janury 2015 to May 2016. They purportedly come from the accounts of seven major figures in the DNC: Senior Adviser Andrew Wright, National Finance Director Jordon Kaplan, Finance Chief of Staff Scott Comer, Communications Director Luis Miranda, Northern California Finance Director Robert Stowe, Finance Director of Data & Strategic Initiatives Daniel Parrish and Finance Director Allen Zachary.

you'd think that the government would try to be secure nowadays, especially with all the shit they're doing
you'd think that the government would try to be secure nowadays, especially with all the shit they're doing
The DNC isn't actually a part of the government, but rather a private institution.

Unintentional goverment transparency, blowback in response to the mass surveillance.
Anyone found anything of note in there? I'm assuming not, since RT chose to highlight the stunning revelation that the DNC once had a spokesperson issue a statement to a news organisation.
apparently there is even more evidence of the DNC working against sanders
I simply continue to refuse to vote for clinton

It's funny cause you hear from government officials in the US that encryption and pc security protect and hide terrorist.
Looks like there are some interesting Debbie Wasserman Schultz emails including calling Jeff Weaver "an ASS"
https://www.reddit.com/r/SandersForPresident/comments/4u2tkh/wikileaks_releases_20k_dnc_emails_from_guccifer/d5mcnn0
Imagine if the DNC wasn't shit. This might've been an actually decent primary contest.
EMAIL 5: Re: Weaver on CNN re Nevada
Damn liar. Particularly scummy that he barely acknowledges the violent and threatening behavior that occurred. DWS

EMAIL 6: Subject: Fwd: MSNBC’s Brzezinski: Wasserman Schultz ‘Should Step Down,’ Dem Primary ‘Has Been Unfair’ To Sanders
This is the LAST straw. Please call Phil a Griffin. This is outrageous. She needs to apologize. DWS

EMAIL 9: CNN right now
Had Weaver on again or showed his earlier interview. They are very good at deflection and redirecting criticism of them on someone else. We cannot allow them to get away with that. We need other voices here. And I will refocus as we discussed. DWS
What strikes me as so shocking is that judging from her correspondence, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz legitimately sees herself as the injured party in this primary process. She talks plenty about Sanders reps dodging questions and deflecting criticism, despite that the vast majority of misinformation spread during the Democratic primary was done so by the Clinton campaign. It's difficult to find instances of Sanders or his surrogates explicitly dodging questions during interviews, whereas DWS and the Clinton campaign's news statements are rife with examples of shadiness.
This doesn't seem like an act at all; In her own world, I think DWS truly believes she's been wronged by the Sanders campaign.
Hi guys, I just got the below fundraising email and was wondering if it reflects a new agreement between the DNC and the Clinton campaign, an acknowledgement that she will almost certainly be the Democratic nominee, etc. Are you at all concerned that Sanders supporters will see this as the DNC choosing a winner before the voters have decided? Thanks, Jen

Pablo: Yea, I don’t make enough $$ to have a cable package at home but don’t you worry I’m making lots of TV so everyone has plenty to monitor tomorrow night ;) Real talk though…here’s a thought - How about next term we get double interns? This quarter we had 3. Let’s have 6 next quarter. Then we’ll never have to monitor anything again. How’s that for a big blue Democrat solution?
Eric Walker: Everyone does monitoring. It comes with the territory. Nobody’s special. #DoYourJobPablo
It's probably always like this, we just get to peek inside this one due to these leaks.
Am I the only one that is reminded of fallout when reading these kinds of emails? Like, going through the terminals in office complexes and reading all the funny crap that goes down
why is it interoffice email always looks worse than reddit? like have some standards, dont use 'fuck off pablo' as a subject
DNC also apparently considered publicly questioning Sanders jewish heritage and if he was an atheist

im not sure, their emails never leaked so we wouldn't know.
what angers me is they could have literally admitted to killing someone here, and nothing will be done
Just when I was starting to doubt I was doing the right thing by voting third party potentially aiding one side, a sign appears.
New report shows RI gov’t opening only a fraction of polling
If she (Hillary) outperforms this polling, the Bernie camp will go nuts and allege misconduct. They’ll probably complain regardless, actually. We might want to get out in front of this one with an inquiry to the RI Gov, even though she’s one of ours.
But she stayed calm, poised, and emphasized her point when Wallace interrupted her. We should've prepped on the email issue, so she and I talked about it on the phone afterwards, which will help her have a better poker face there next time. She was certainly more assertive in the interviews during the week, chalk today up the slower pace to the Sunday lull, but it is good that she was calm and didn't sound defensive. And she went back to the big picture, which was helpful. She dropped in good contrast message. I don't think we need to hit the panic button. It was fine.
