Macabre in Czosnów. 22 year old man left a dog on the tracks. (video) Macabre in Czosnów. 22 year old man was standing on the tracks with a dog. When the train came, he jumped back leaving the dog to die. Everything was registered on a security camera. Police got the recording from the camera, where you can see what have happened some days ago on the railroad tracks in Czosnów. Yesterday - with agreement from prosecutors - they have published the film. - From the video you can see that the person stood on the tracks with his dog for a reason - says Janusz Wójcik, Spokesman of Police from Lublin - It was a game of life and death We were talking about this situation already some days ago. On the 3rd of January PKP Intercity Kraków - Moscow train hit the 22 year old Maciej Ch. First we only knew that he went on the tracks with a dog. He didn't react at the signals that the incoming train was shiwubg. He jumped out of its way in the last second. He only has a broken arm and leg. He had 2 promiles of alcohol in his organism. The dog hit by the train died instantly. Thanks to the recording from the monitoring we know for sure what happened. On the recording we see how Maciej Ch. clumsily goes around the closed barrier and walks onto the tracks. The signal about the incoming train was on. A dog was walking along the man. 22 year old stand with the dog on the tracks, and after a while he jumps out of the trains way. The train comes and hits the dog. - The dog walked along with him like a shadow. It's apparent that he liked him. - says Zdzisław Małysz, the commander of Lublin's Animal Protection Police - If he walked off the tracks earlier, the dog would do the same, but the he went from them in the last moment. This way he killed him purposefully. When Małysz saw the recording immediately took it to the prosecutors in Biała Podlaska. - I've heard from the prosecutors that he won't be taken to the court because he didn't take his dog on a chain - says Małysz - But it doesn't matter because the dog walked behind him by instinct. And that's why i am going to start investigating the situation by myself. As for now the investigation done by police only looks at the reasons of the happening. - Looks like after investigating this situation we're gonna go to the prosecutors to punish him for pet abuse. - Says Wójtowicz - Fine for such crime is facing 2 years in jail. Warning! This recording is not for the faint of the heart! Plese don't watch this video if you're easily shocked:
Source (In Polish) Article was translated by me. I don't really know what to say for such cruelty... It's just fucking disgusting that such "people" (You can't call them people, it's a disgrace to us to call them that) exist on this very planet! Seriously... I hope he rots in jail and gets lots of abuse from his cell mates.
Now that's fucking cruel. Also before someone wishes this guy death, don't.
Fucking sociopathic shithead.
Wow...
:wtc:
If you hate your dog that much you should just take it to RSPCA.
That man needs to be severly kicked in the head by me with nails attached to my shoes. Fucking hell, what a poor sack of shit excuse for a life that guy has. [editline]19th January 2011[/editline] Ugh this shit always pisses me off heaps
He wanted to do a double suicide but changed his mind at the last second
Wow, what a jackass, bet he feels kinda bad now.

Too bad there aren't harsher punishment against cruelty to animals.
Oops, rated this funny. I hope this guy rots in prison. Too bad there aren't harsher punishment against cruelty to animals.
Yeah because animal cruelty is worse than human abuse/murder.
Yeah because animal cruelty is worse than human abuse/murder.
how is "human abuse/murder" relevant? way to go offtopic
God damn it.
He wanted to do a double suicide but changed his mind at the last second
When I mentioned that possibility in the first thread, everyone called me a retard and showered me with disagrees and dumbs :saddowns: Still, even if that's what happened, it doesn't stop the guy from being an idiotic fucktard.
how is "human abuse/murder" relevant? way to go offtopic
Then "harsher punishments" compared to what?
Then "harsher punishments" compared to what?
Compared to current punishments, maybe?
Compared to current punishments, maybe?
Exactly...
Compared to current punishments, maybe?
A criminal record for killing an animal seems harsh enough to me.
hitler would have stopped this
A criminal record for killing an animal seems harsh enough to me.
Hypothetically, you behead a daschund, just 'cause, I'd say people deserve to know you've got something wrong with you.
The rage! [editline]19th January 2011[/editline] Can you hear that? It's the sound of the Internet vigilantes going after this fuckbag... [editline]19th January 2011[/editline] BTW, to the ones rating the OP Late, at least have the decency to post the related FP thread :colbert:
:frog: . Seriously, who would leave a dog on a track. How cruel...
Initial thought "Bet that left him feeling ruff" Second thought "This is no time for puns :smith:"
The dog tenses up when it looks at the train after the guy jumps out of the way :smith:.
Man's best friend; loyalty to the end. Even in the face of betrayal. :smith: Rest in Peace, pooch. God damn. What a bastard.
