uhhhh i didn't like infinite for its combat, sorry clash in the clouds.
So we've got a standard Horde mode as the first, and a two-part alternate campaign wherein Booker's a PI in Rapture. I wonder what the significance of her role in Rapture will be, or if she'll have the same powers as Columbian Elizabeth?
Well the arena dlc looks boring as all hell and I'm not sure if I'm digging it that the remaining two DLCs for the season pass is actually the same content just split up in parts.
It just doesn't seem like a proper season pass if the 3 DLCs in it is really 1 piece of rubbish quickly scrapped together content that is hardly justifiable as DLC in the first place and then the remaining two pieces are actually part of eachother so you really have to buy both to get the full experience.
Is it split up to make it look cheaper or something? Because people wouldn't buy a 30$ DLC?
Anyways, it looks sweet and you basically get the other half for free in the season pass, so price-wise it all seems good, just a bit of a letdown that we're not getting 3 pieces of DLC, just 1, really.
Awesome
sweet
I love how this comes when my biggest complaint about the end of Infinite was how I would've loved to see [sp]Booker and Elizabeth actually do things in Rapture[/sp]
The first DLC is always the "free" one with season passes.
It's 31.12.1958 in the trailer according to the calendar.
Do you know what that means? [sp]Beginning of civil war, Rapture's downfall[/sp]

It says so in the article
Well I didn't feel like reading the article and I was hyped and stuff.
I am an idiot, sorry
This proves that some of you guys were waaay too cautious and jump to conclusions easily about the DLC being bad.
I don't know what to think of this.
Upon my first play through of infinite, I thought it was excellent, but when you actually think about the story and learn about how much they fucked up the development process, I just can't care for such a last minute hacked together story. Most of the dev time went towards other parts of the game that were cut out and rebuilt quickly, including characters and their personalities.
Although they may have fixed the gameplay for the first DLC, the second rapture dlc, although looks appealing, just feels so much like "damage control" from a first look perspective.
People were all sad that [sp]the players Booker and Elizabeth are erased from all the bad timelines[/sp], but the whole concept behind how that happened is just sloppy. And now in order to [sp]preserve Booker and Elizabeth they return to their shoddy "there's always a lighthouse" and just put another future Booker and Elizabeth in Rapture?[/sp]
Too me it just seems like damage control spiced up with fan service.
However, it's just a first impression. I want and hope that they can fix their paradoxical and plot-hole filled mess of a story arc in the dlc without just tacking on to the mess they made at the end of Infinite.
i'm curious as to whether or not this is post-end dlc or not
i mean, anything's possible

Looks like it's past Infinite, before the 1st bioshock, with B & E in Rapture.

You play as Elizabeth in the half, and she plays differently to Booker. So the gameplay will need to be designed differently.
Well, I am getting this dlc right when it comes out.
Well with the ending of Bioshock Infinite, [sp]they could really do anything they want with the characters considering there are like, an infinite number of different Bookers and Elizabeths that all have different experiences and lives, etc. Leaves the doors wide open for any DLC no matter how much sense it does or doesn't make because string theory.[/sp] :v:
if they did something with system shock that'd actually be pretty awesome
