So I heard the few things you need to make this is take your 10 bucks, put em in a bottle with a fair amount of alcohol, shake it for a while and then you get the oil from it, then all the buds and stuff are unneeded. this oil is supposed to spread on your tobacco, smoke it and get high as fuck. Is this true, or do I need to do some more tweaks?

to make oil you need to use a volatile hydrocarbon (butane, hexane...), using an alcohol or a substituted alcohol will give you hash.
