Hell, if anything, it'd make more people uncomfortable/panicked to have a woman going into the men's restroom because she has a penis and vice versa in the women's room.

Guys, leave North Carolina alone, it's not like there hasn't been any civil rights struggles since the end of slavery that they could look at for examples. It's not like they've had segregated bathrooms before, so it's not like we can expect them to know any bette...oh.

Its not even like this law stops someone determined to rape a woman from not simply entering any bathroom and raping a woman
