Now if the leaked files hinted at a Thanksgiving event, THAT would have been something. What with how Thanksgiving related events in online enabled games are really uncommon other than in the international versions of a few KMMORPGs.

If they did summer and halloween events, I'm sure they're going to do christmas too. Although I don't think they're going to do thanksgiving because they usually start a week or two before.

It doesn't work like that, otherwise everyone would hoard lootboxes. Special lootboxes are available during events, and only they have the limited time event drops.

loot box contents are determined when you receive them, not when you open them
