Playstation 3 Error 80710102

Everytime i try to sign in i get a message saying *Error code 80710102* i checked my internet connection and everything but i still can't connect btw i'm on wireless if it makes any diffrence

Also i remember someone saying i need to do something with the Adress or something but i don't really want to start screwing around with everything -.-'

When i followed the instructions in the link it didn't work and now when i try to change my internet connection settings it freezes and i have to turn it off -.- maybe i'll just reset everything
