I'm not sure how long this has been there, but it must have been pretty recent. It appears to show regardless of the search query entered, an experiment of some kind it seems.
Links for anyone interested in seeing it for themselves:

I hope the mods don't mind me posting this without an article because as of right now this news is so new that I can't find one on a reputable website. I will add one as soon as I can find one.
The message has gone, everything looks like its back to normal. Your browser may have cached the message. I checked incognito and there was no sign of the message.
I was wondering what the fuck that is too
Edit:
Oh god the search and the first result :v:
One of my friends just told me the same thing on Facebook, I can't imagine what's going on, except maybe the banner is one meant to be viewed only by Google employees.
got to be some kind of joke? Google knows better than actually thinking that "please" will do anything
i think the theory of it being accidental "employees-only" stuff makes sense
Maybe it is the battle against the ads or something?
As in, the "Suggested videos" stuff. I mean, Google wouldn't probably do that but it is a possibility that it is there, because these searches are only your searches, not somebody others.

Its probably that, someone might have accidentally set that warning to appear to everyone instead of just employees of google.
Doesn't seem to be country specific either, is anyone unable to see it?

oh fuck oh fuck this is confidential material
I didn't see that it appeared on every search, so i kept doing Vice video titles and kept having it pop up and i got scared Vice was wanted for something they did
Someone probably goofed and made it so something that's only supposed to appear to Google employees working at Google's offices made it so it appears for everyone.
or i don't fucking know
I didn't see that it appeared on every search, so i kept doing Vice video titles and kept having it pop up and i got scared Vice was wanted for something they did
I searched the letter "b" and it appeared. I did the same thing with the letter "c" and it still appeared.
Can't you read, it said 'do not share outside of google'
Watch this all be another setup to change the fucking layout again :v:
Now they are saying it's a bug.

Sounds really fishy to me.

Youtube are 1337 hackers and there gunna steal all your information and make billions*
*sarcasm
All the people who first saw this banner while searching for porn or something must of been terrified
Either it is an ~experiment~ to "test" our loyalty to not share "secret" stuff or it's just a bug. I mean, I got this:

Please ignore my spelling mistakes, I apparently can't write in English without spell checking software (which apparently is not applied on the search bar) and I just noticed the grammatical mistakes.
(It's the same message, just in a different language.)

I don't see why they would translate supposedly developer-only messages, do they really need it in every language? Slightly strange if you ask me.

I'd say its probably cheaper to get everything translated than to spend the time figuring out what does and doesn't need to be translated.

Aren't you supposed to not tell everyone?
Just saw it myself as well. Seems like someone checked a wrong box when updating youtube back at Google HQ :v:
