SANTA FE, Texas – A man was facing charges Monday after police said they found pot wrapped in a deferred adjudication order for possession of marijuana in the suspect’s vehicle. Around 11 p.m., a Santa Fe police officer pulled over Matthew Creel in the 4200 block of FM 1764 for a defective headlight. The officer arrested Creel after determining that the suspect was driving on a suspended license. When the officer searched Creel’s vehicle, he said he found a small amount of marijuana concealed in a folded piece of paper. Upon further investigation, the officer noticed that the paper was actually an official court document – Creel’s deferred adjudication order for a March 16 possession of marijuana charge in Galveston County. Creel was charged with possession -- again -- and booked into the Santa Fe City Jail.
Good thing they gave him even more paper to store his drugs in.
Some people never learn *sigh*
Learn what? Weed is harmless.
Learn what? Weed is harmless.
That's not the point is it? It's illegal.
Hacking into gov sites is harmless too, so is stealing from banks
That's not the point is it? It's illegal.
You turned this thread into a shitstorm with this post. Just because it's illegal, doesn't mean it's wrong to smoke it. The law is not a moral code. [editline]03:35PM[/editline]
Hacking into gov sites is harmless too, so is stealing from banks
i hope you're joking

[editline]03:35PM[/editline] i hope you're joking
Actually Law is generally based on public opinion and moral codes. Why do you think murder is illegal? Because most people believe it is wrong and shouldn't happen. Why is pedophilia illegal? Because people think it is disgusting and wrong. Children should be protected from such horrible actions. How do you think Laws get passed? People vote on them based on public opinions and moral codes.

Marijuana legalization and the issues of morality in laws debate #9,231,045 I believe about every single viewpoint on this topic has already been discussed already
FFS the guy didn't get arrested because the cops said weed is harmful, he got arrested because it is ILLEGAL as in AGAINST THE LAW as in the guy was ignoring the fucking law, grounds for him to be arrested. Why are people so stupid

:irony:
What the fuck, how are you able to formulate sentences?
This. Besides, people are pretty damn stupid when they argue something when they've never done it them selves. Experience plays a huge part in many cases.
