Hi so I am planning to do a build with the Galaxis Atlus ATX Mid Tower case, and I know for a fact I can fit a micro atx mobo in it, which if I use it, I would save a few bucks on my budget build. And the only difference I know between Micro and Regular Atx is that micro has less PCi slots, which wont effect me. Is there anything else that could be a downside to micro Atx?
Btw if it matters, here are all my specs:

Micro Atx Is generally for smaller builds, usually have less features but if something like no Crossfire is not a big deal to you and you think the saved money is worth it, go for it. Compare features of two mobos your thinking of and see. Whats your Price range and what will you be doing with you comp.

My price range is nothing over $680, and my pc will just mainly be for gaming. Also, the only difference main between the Micro Atx, and the Reg Atx motherboard I'm planning to get, besides the size, is the micro atx one has one less PCi Express slot. Also the price difference between the two is $30.
If doing a crossfire in the future has ever crossed your mind as a possibility, the 30 just might be worth it.
Micro atx wiring can be really tedious, and some heatsinks can get in the way of gpu's/north bridge etc.
Its not really that bad of an issue though.
