Okay I don't know what the hell is going on anymore, I've already waited 4 weeks to get this SSD back and it apparently passed OCZ's quality control standards and stuff like that.
These are my problems
- Constant Display Driver Crashing
- Random stuttering every 2 seconds then goes away for a bit
- Windows turn black and shortly freezes
Before someone says it's the graphics card, my dad already tried ordering a completely new one of the same fucking type, that didn't help this.
i'm at the end of my rope here in terms of what to do, so if this problem could be pinpointed and taken care of I would appreciate it.
OCZ's standards are not exactly something I trust. There's a reason they went bankrupt and Toshiba bought them, which is another company I don't trust too much for QC. Does this happen under any load? What GPU is it?

It just happens whenever it feels like it I guess, I haven't tested any games with it currently.
GPU is an ASUS GTX 670. SSD is a 111 GB Vertex 460.
