The movie was about a group of people roaming this huge haunted mansion/palace. One lady gets her face sliced by something from a piano. I recall someone else getting their head chopped off by a swinging axe near a fireplace. One huge symbol from the movie was the baby statues becoming alive, moving their heads, screaming and what-not. Could never find out the name of the movie, and I'd love to see it again. (Movie scared the crap out of me when I was a kid.) Movie was made no later than the early 2000s.

I remembered the guy who got decapitated had a really weird nose, so I just looked to see what horror films Owen Wilson has done and bam I found it.

Yeah, it's The Haunting. I remember Owen Wilson getting decapitated by the axe in the fireplace from when I was a kid.
