The 2014 French film, starring British actor Tim Roth as FIFA president Sepp Blatter, had an estimated budget of 24 million euros ($27 million), of which FIFA officials have acknowledged providing about 20 million euros. The film, which explores the 111-year history of FIFA, attempts to show the organization as a force for good while also hinting at corruption and embezzlement without delving into it.
0% on Rotten Tomatoes btw
So I was going to say how shocking it is that it has 0% on Rotten Tomatoes, but it's not actually that uncommon.

1/100 Metacritic has to be the newest record of shit, though.
Sharknado has a better rating..

Orgy of the Dead They Saved Hitler's Brain The Brotherhood of Satan Sex Lives of the Potato Men Space Chimps 2: Zartog Strikes Back Slappy and the Stinkers They sound fucking awesome! I want to watch them!!! EDIT: That's probably the most sad thing about Movie Rental Stores dying out. It was awesome just to go into one and to choose a Movie based on its title.
Epic Movie had 2%. Now that's a low blow.
Atlas Shrugged Pt. 1 has a score of 11% on Rotten Tomatoes, and a 28% on Metacritic, so that's just damned sad.
1/100 Metacritic has to be the newest record of shit, though.
Human Centipede III also has a 1/100 or did when I last checked. Not sure of any others that low though - this year has been amazing for terribly received movies.

Most-reviewed one in that list.

Talk about sore losers. Our Uruguayan football always ends up with someone somewhere having a sore bottom.
My Mum owns that.
I've seen it! It came out when Johnny Vegas was probably at the height of popularity. It was sold as a 'lads movie'. In reality it's just a really really boring, fairly twisted 'comedy'.
Who the hell makes a sport movie that focuses on the old men who organize the tournament. How vain do you have to be to believe that's what people are interested in?
yea don't most sport's movie have an underdog getting on top.? ??
dangit Tim Roth, you're better than this.
The film has been universally panned by reviewers, who have criticized the poor quality of the drama, the unsuitability of the topic of administrative matters for a movie and the perceived biases of the film, with The Guardian describing it as "cinematic excrement' and "self-hagiography", and others calling it a "cringeworthy, self-aggrandizing affair"; and "astonishingly crass". Several reviewers commented on the irony of the portrayal of Blatter in the film as an anti-corruption campaigner. Sara Stewart of the New York Post described it as "hilariously ill-timed", while Paul Field of the Daily Mirror said that this created "unintentional comedy gold".
I don't need any further convincing to go watch this now.
seems like everybody is corrupt
Sounds like Rotten Tomato critics hate fun tbh.
"Rotten Tomatoes critics" is literally all critics that have any significance whatsoever
The 100% list is pretty interesting, too. A Brony Tale <--wat?
Based on the wiki page on it, it is well done documentary and won several awards.
dangit Tim Roth, you're better than this.
Roth asked the producers where's the corruption and backstabbing in the film, so he was totally aware that what he was doing was dumb so he tried to bring those hidden elements in his performance Roth ain't dumb
The big problem with this movie is someone shelled out 4 million euro for it knowing it was a PR project funded by FIFA

They belong there.

And its a warming feeling knowing that Fred:The Movie got a 0%
She bought it because of the title didn't she?
No, because of Johnny Vegas. [editline]8th June 2015[/editline]
Sounds like Rotten Tomato critics hate fun tbh.
Hey, if the films weren't panned, then they wouldn't be any good, would they? Nobody wants to watch a mediocre film- make a fantastic one or a terrible one, that's how you make a timeless classic.
