The Christian Democrats, Left Party, Pirate Party, Liberal Party and the Green Party is fighting for the Swedish political master in StarCraft II. Five Swedish political parties will compete for the honor and the young cast when set against each other in the recently released Starcraft II. In the first round group phase of KD is the PP and V v PF. Is the first round makes the MP. The matches will bThe tournament is played in two parts. The first is played with "Swiss" system, a modified version of the usual group stage. In the second part, the tournament so far four best teams to meet in a knockout tournament (ie semi-finals and finals). Jonathan Rieder Lundkvist (jonathan.lundkvist @ gmail.com) is a tournament administrator. Tournament administrator determines any problems / disputes. His word is law. So, yes .. not really (only if PP will enter the parliament and he gets enough votes in person: P), but the tournament context. We will make use of challonge.com as management tools. The matches are best of three, and played in 2v2. If it says 2-0 to jump over the third game. The first game of the three runs always on Tarsonis Assault, and subsequent maps are selected by last game's loser. Game schedule is as follows: Saturday 28 / 8, 19:00 - First-round Swiss Saturday 28 / 8, 21:00 - Second-round Swiss Sunday 29 / 8, 19:00 - Third-round Swiss Saturday 4 / 9, 19:00 - Semifinals Sunday 5 / 9, 19:00 - Final (All times are GMT+1) If a team is more than 15 minutes late for a match (and this is not due to a previous match drew over time) the opposing team wins on forfeit. It is a match winner's responsibility to report results, including the status of missing / lost games played, the tournament administrator. The matches will subsequently be commented and posted on the YouTube account "politicians StarCraft". Therefore, the game winner should send all replays to the tournament administrator. Each team will have a coordinator, who gives his phone number, Battle.net-name and his address to the tournament administrator. The players should be fairly active in his party. After all, the tournament is all about. We have of course no way to verify this, so we trust that everyone is honest. The players need not be the same for every game the opportunity (to facilitate clean-rate schedule). Observer / Spectators are allowed in the matches, if neither player has anything against it. If an observable is asked to leave the match, for whatever reason, he shall do so. The winning party is awarded the title "Master of the Swedish Political StarCraft II", or "SPMSC2". Catch, right? Gotta get back in time
Let us Swede who wins and swede out the weak
Godamn Sweden, you are awesome.
And this is why my country is awesome.
Someone spectate this and stream it, please. (Go PP)
I'm betting on the leftists, they're nerdier. (User was permabanned for this post ("Alt of MingusMajor" - TH89))
I'm surprised the Christian Democrats are in on this. Still though, should be interesting to watch. :sax:
Someone spectate this and stream it, please. (Go PP)
it will be uploaded to youtube
haha. That's kind of awesome.
Hahaha That's great.
Fucking awesome.
God damn it Sweden, stop making me want to move there.
Australia needs to do this to solve the hung parliament. Additionally, Sweden is awesome.
I swear to god, if one of them uses that cheap ass pylons tactic...
i for one, am hoping the pirate party pulls of a ling rush.
This is what I always wanted warfare to be resolved with. Instead of risking the lives of hundreds of thousands of soldiers, just use fake soldiers in a digital and controlled environment. Of course, I know that this Swedish thing has nothing to do with real warfare, but I like how they resolve a conflict using a war game instead of arguing and all that.
The Pirate Party is supplying the game.
Wow i need to say this is pretty awesome. And i am finnish!
I'd say the Pirate Party are gonna wipe the floor with the rest of them.
I'd say the Pirate Party are gonna wipe the floor with the rest of them.
I was thinking the exact same words right before I saw your post. I actually jumped back a little. (My chair has wheels, so it was more like a slide)
Whilst other countries governments are whining about Medal of Honor, Swedens are playing Starcraft. I love you Sweden.
I wish the America's government would play Starcraft 2 to settle there problems rather then waste large amounts of time bitching back and forth accomplishing nothing.
Imagine if wars were solved with World in Conflict or something like that. Though that'd just remove the point of having a war and I support war.
I wish more countries were like Sweden.

Oh god Sweden is so awesome.
I wonder if there will be commentaries like in most pro SC2 games, maybe they could get HDstarcraft to do it?
Brb, packing my things and moving to sweden. Bye :denmark:
If some fuck cheeses they ain't getting my vote (especially if they cannon rush).
I love my country :sweden:
