• Nokia Lumia LCD broken??

So my phone started to have a few dead pixels today, like maybe 3? and I noticed that under the screen there were kind of cracks or something? And inside of the cracks are where the random dead pixels would be, I didn't mind it much but now when I try to turn on my phone, the whole screen just turns into a huge mess of random pixels, mostly green. Its like the white noise of an old TV except coloured randomly and mostly green. Also, when I leave it like that for awhile the "crack" under the screen would slowly start glowing blue on top of all the random greenness. What to do? My phone is a nokia lumia phone but for some reason I can't find out which version, it doesn't match any of the ones I can find in the store online, but it is incredibly close to the lumia 830. I would take a picture of it but I have nothing to take a picture with. Edit: Found out the model is the Nokia Lumia 820.
The thing is though is that I can still kind of turn it out and swipe the screen to enter the password, though I can't actually see anything, also the crack isn't actually ON the screen, it's kind of under it.
The place where the picture is displayed and the place where the touch sensors reside are in different depths of the screen. One can break while the other still functions.
