a quick check of /pol/ show that there are people working on it, the flag was located even faster than the first, but this time the flag has 24/7 guards... So it's unlikely that things will happen.

Honestly this is a bit comical
FACT is a cool place. One time I wanted to use their toilets but there was a queue to enter the building because Shia was sat in the lobby. I would have joined in to meet him but I really needed to pee.

You know, I honestly wouldn't even be surprised at this point if Shia is just joining in the fun and trying to come up with progressively more difficult places for people to get to in order to see how far the internet will go to MAGA a fucking flag.
