Display Drivers Error; Switch to new Mobo Recently

I'm using an NVidia 560 Ti and have been for over 2 years now, I recently switched to a new Motherboard and CPU and ever since then the Display Drivers keeping giving me the error of them not responding, the screen goes black for a couple of second and when the picture returns, there's a message coming from the tray telling me about the error.
I'm just wondering, has something messed up with the wiring on the card or should I get a new card?
(I'm also using the latest Beta drivers that another friend is using and they haven't got the same problem I'm having)
im assumining you reformatted after the new mobo?
Like Mike Tyson implied, you must re-install windows if you change your motherboard. It's surprising its running at all if you didn't. (You could also follow instructions here if you don't like fresh installs: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/135077-windows-7-installation-transfer-new-computer.html)
You should also get into a habit of checking for motherboard firmware updates, it often fixes a lot of bugs like you're experiencing. Video drivers crashing randomly, keyboard not registering on boot, UEFI boot not working properly, and being incapable of launching a UEFI shell are some of the problems that seemingly got eliminated after a proper motherboard firmware update for me.
