Why would he need boomer's bile?
Why draw in Powerpoint, the program was never meant for that? I think even Paint works out better then that.
Anyway, your shading is all wrong. Use muscle definition.
Also, use variances in the thickness of lines using line-weight, it looks a lot better that way.
The gray bolts do not fit the wooden texture because said bolts are too defined.
The background is bland and boring.
I do however, like the expression on the Tank's face, it makes him kinda cute. :3
Have an artsy anyway, and keep practicing.
