Worth coming back and playing, Not worth buying until RoS comes out. With Adventure Mode/Rifts, I would say it'll be well worth it. Kind of a bummer that what should have been in the game is only just now making it in, and at an additional $40 price tag
But the way gear drops and rolls, and the changes to how classes work, it makes every build viable, and gear can make any build, even fun stupid ones that aren't the greatest, ridiculously powerful. Get gear that does +% fire damage with another piece or two that gives +15% damage to say, Meteor. Yeah, mobs fly across the screen so fast they land in the next act
Also, Paragon levels are not infinite. There's 4 disciplines with 4 specialties in each to spend a point in. You get one point to spend per paragon level, with a max of 50 points per specialty. That's 200 total per specialty, 800 total to max all 4 disciplines. If you can level beyond that, it would just be a number under your name with no benefit as far as I know

I have no idea who would actually try and reach Paragon level 800. Unless they have a lot, and I mean a lot of spare time.

Eh, adventure mode and the rewards, especially on Torment I and above, give lots of XP. Millions, and some of the bounties can be done in less than a minute if its good spawn placement. Besides, there's actual rewards and fun to be had looting now, it wouldn't even feel like grinding anymore
