9600GT OC, Sell for money or keep as a PhysX dedicated card?

I'm getting a new motherboard pretty soon and it would be nice to sell the card to get some more money to go towards it. But I've noticed in PhysX instensive games my GTX 460 can suffer a little. So would adding a 9600GT give me a huge performance increase?

I also don't think I'd get very much for it on Ebay as BFG are now out of business and i don't have the original packaging or anything.

Once i get my new motherboard i'll also be getting an AMD X4 955 (Is the 965 worth it?) and 1333Mhz DDR3 4GB RAM.

True. The card is only on when I'm using it though right? I only have maybe 3 PhysX games and i don't want it hogging loads of power when I'm not using it.

The 9600GT is not that much of a power hog, but yes, it only consumes large amounts of energy while you are playing a game with PhysX enabled
