It would be glorious if it would look like their cinematics.
But as far as i heard, it took a serious long production time to create these short cinematics.
WoW movie is not for kids? But their players won't be able to watch it then!
WoW movie is not for kids? But their players won't be able to watch it then!
The average age of a WoW player is 28
I'm glad, I'd be amazing if it was done in a very mature way, like good old Warcraft, at least that's how I remember it.
That kinda sounds more like WC3-style narrative, which I'd much prefer over WoW's "we need another boss!!"-centric stuff that, if I've heard the rumors correctly, now involved the last bad guy being freed and sent back in time/alt dimension to come back with buddies.
The thing I really enjoyed about WC3 tho was how many sides and valid perspectives there were to the wars, while here it seems movie length restrictions will limit variety to orcs and humans, both of which I always thought were kinda boring.
We'll see I guess. Better not just be setup for the next WoW expansion.

If there's no rule against man children, it's ok.

They confirmed at the panel that it takes place during Warcraft Orcs and Humans.

According to all the fake birthdays kids enter to avoid having a child account?
Whatever the target age is, the new Batman movies are PG-13. This is the rating they're aiming for. They can be pretty damn dark and brutal, and still have all the "wow kiddies" be watching it without any reall problem.

That seems pretty boring to be honest, I'd rather have a movie following Arthas during WC3: TFT.

There's no such thing as a child account.
Most of the people I've met while playing this game are like 17+, some even as old as 40. It's a shame that most of them don't tend to feel that mature when they type though as most people seem to be the "LOL epic XDDD" type.

I don't understand why people think children predominantly play WoW. Do you really think they would have the patience to do all of the grinding and dungeons?
No, those kids go to garrysmod or minecraft.

Why do you think dungeon finder and raidfinder is a thing.
Why do you think dungeon finder and raidfinder is a thing.
not sure if this is a serious question or not
but dungeon finders are amazing tools for people who don't have an hour or more to sit around and look for a group then another hour or even more to do the dungeon
Why do you think dungeon finder and raidfinder is a thing.
So that people who work or go to college can actually see content?
Why do you think dungeon finder and raidfinder is a thing.
So that in a game where time is of a LOT of importance you don't have to waste more by sitting in a capitol city spamming chat with "lfg lfg lfg need 1 healer 2 dps" for an hour.
Why do you think dungeon finder and raidfinder is a thing.
lol i was in a massive guild back when i played and there were maybe 10 dudes who werent 18 in there, everyone was like 20-40
Did they mention it was supposed to take place somewhere between WC1-WC2?
If that really is the case, it should be dark.

Things that people don't like are played by children so that the person who doesn't like it can be more mature and adult than the playerbase of the thing he doesn't like.

If the the stereotype for a demographic doesn't fit (WoW players being fat white men in their 30's in their mom's basement) just make a new stereotype for maximum insult potential!

It is the events of WC1. They confirmed it will have Durotan and Lothar as the main characters.

I remember reading that the WoW cinematics took usually around a year.
So 3 minutes per year give or take, we should have the WoW movie in Blizzard quality cinematics in about 30 years time for a 90 minute movie.
Absolutely no one I know plays WoW. The playerbase left is assumingly those who have been playing for years now, so the average age must be 20+
dont give a fuck about WoW, will watch cause of duncan jones
