LetGo is the worst app ever created - General

The pure amount of aggravation and bs iv'e had in the several months iv'e owned this app has given me a seething new hatred for people. Everything from obvious scams asking you to mail out of state for bogus checks to flaky buyers who never show up or even respond back to you after they express interest in your item. Iv'e even had someone in my town demand i mail after giving him my address to pick up. And another lady who had me put some things on hold for 3 days then turns around and tells me nevermind. That kind of behaviour is all to common place on this trash app. Combine that all with the people who's paychecks somehow always end up coming a week after they said they were getting paid and still want you to hold it and the a holes who think your their own personal fedex service and you've got a toxic brew of the worst humanity has to offer. How this thing ever even got it's own tv commercials is beyond me. Want some good advice? stick to craigslist if you actually wanna make money. This app is full of broke dreamers who couldn't make it to you if their lives depended on it and expect you to travel across town to make 10 or 20 bucks.

I sold a set of patio furniture in less than 24 hours with LetGo. No nonsense. At least no nonsense I've been stupid enough to fall for. If you know anything about how internet commerce works, you should easily be able to navigate the bullshit.

Friend tried to sell his laptop after the prices for electronics went up a few months back and as soon as he put the thing up for sale on letgo some guy who runs a tech shop started messaging him saying that he sold the exact same laptop for half the price and that my friend was inflating the price. Friend told him to fuck off after the guy started spamming him with stupid messages and as soon as that happened bastard blocked him and gave him a negative review saying that he was both "hostile and a scammer". When we checked that dude's shop we found out that the laptop he sold had identical look with inferior hardware. So yeah fuck that app.

I've never had any use for either one because nobody in my area seems to understand that used things are worth less. Seriously fucking everything is just used crap where they look up the brand new MSRP and charge that or maybe a dollar less.

It's not as bad as trying to buy a used car in Florida Almost everyone is lying about what they are selling you or overcharging by thousands. Or both.

Here in NC it's like that with motorcycles. Fuckers here think their old shitbike scooters and beginner bikes are worth gold.

I really think you should LetGo of your anger and negative feelings of this app.
