• Cheapest Place to make/buy custom mugs?

Anyone got a website where I can make a custom mug (aka basic mug with a basic image) the cheapest? There's gotta be some place other than Zazzle and Cafe Press, which charge crazy expensive prices on plain white small 11oz mugs ($20+) just to have an image thrown on top. Gotta be some Chinese sweatshop website out there that has reasonable prices for this thing. I just don't want to pay $20 for a cheap white $4 mug just to have a picture I chose plastered on the front.
There are usually small franchises around that let you make your own. Like there was one near me where you could paint it and everything.
Looked about online for that sort of thing and didn't find anything :\ Is the only place online that does this kind of stuff really only cafe press/zazzle? $20 mugs is $15 too much :(
I think TinyPic lets you After you upload an image it has an option to buy prints of it on stuff
Tinypic partners with zazzle to sell you a cheap ass mug for $17-$20 still.

Go to a local trophy shop/t shirt shop, they can usually do it. If you are lucky, maybe for 10 or less dollars. But yeah, there has to be a sweatshop, $2.00 mugs
Fast threads?
Actually No, it's only $12.95
No, it's not. It says it's only $12 but when you actually click the site it charges $15+$6 shipping ($21). The arts now one seems like the cheapest, thanks for that (about $16 incl shipping).. still too much IMO but it'll have to do.
I know a place that will do it for £8.25 (around $12) but I think they only deliver to Europe. I'm not sure though, so have a look http://www.photobox.co.uk/shop/home-gifts/photo-mug
