(CNN) - Bobby Jindal is courting one of South Carolina's most popular Republican politicians this weekend in New Orleans, the latest sign of the Louisiana governor's interest in a 2016 presidential bid.
Jindal is hosting a fundraiser for South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott on Friday afternoon at a steak house in New Orleans, where Scott spent the morning speaking to a conservative conference.
Guests are asked to contribute a minimum of $1,000 or a maximum of $5,200 per person for a chance to mingle with Jindal and Scott, according to a copy of the invitation provided to CNN by a Republican source.
His position on Evolution makes my brain hurt from the stupidity.
I can't help but think he has people call him "Bobby", so other republicans don't imediately think he's one of them "muslum tererists".
He won't win. Whatever his positions may be he doesn't have charisma and speaking ability from what I know of him.
I don't get it, with some of those positions it makes me wonder if there are people who literally want society to regress.
People say that education funding sucks on the national level, but it would be even worse with Jindal as president.
Since when can a governor of a below sub-par state even hope to have a presidential run.

NOPE, NOPE, NOPE, NEVER, Please do not win. -10/11 Would not elect King of America

I hope Rocky Anderson at least tries to run for the 2016 election.

If it'll get him out of our governor's office, I'm all for a failed presidential bid!
If he runs, He won't last very long.
Being anti-gay doesn't get you anywhere in this day and age in office.

He's actually a Roman Catholic.
