It would be a really cool idea if they made like a team of female "bounty hunters" who went around catching crimin-

My county.
This sounds about right. I'm 14 miles away, and everyone is very community oriented. The churches around my college give free food every week for free since they know college students don't have a lot of money.

Well that worked out well.
So long as they're organized, work in concert with the police [b]and don't screw up[/b], I've got no problem with this.
Especially when you consider a lot of these small towns don't have the money to support a large, well-funded police department. Folks in the poorer regions have to rely on themselves sometimes.
