Does anyone else do this? It feels fucking incredible if your under a blanket while the window is open. The cold is extremely refreshing, and the warmth of your blanket feels fantastic while its cold. Your sheets also feel fucking incredible, it puts you in a good mood for the next day also. It's easily the best part of your day.
I advise you to try it atleast once a year, or on a daily basis.
I'd rather not freeze my ass off.
Two words:
Heat bill
I fear I would get sick.
I don't like getting out of bed and freezing my ass off.

This. We're not all rich.
Also, to the idiot that rated Luxo bad reading, keeping windows open in winter when you have your heater on actually DOES drive your heating bill way up.
Sorry I don't want the mold/fungus/shit like that in my house to freeze.
I run with a fan on for noise and that gets cold enough sometimes. If I opened the window when it drops to 15 F (pretty cold around here), I'd probably die.
I don't wanna start a fire, so if I do open my window I turn of my heating element.
I always leave my window open, sometimes it rains on my face when I am asleep.
I fear I would get sick.
You get sick from bacteria and viruses. Not the cold. Are you a 1950's housewife?
spiders omg :(
And getting out of bed in the morning is going to be a bitch.
:milk: driving your parents heating bill up the wall.

If i do this here in Norway, the chances of me ever waking up is quite small.
I don't know how it is in US/UK, but where I live you pay same heating bill if you have windows open or close.
I do that too, only because i like a balance between hot and cold.

I have no radiator in my room and we turn the heating off at night.
I like it too, but the bad thing is that in the morning it's freezing so much. If there would only be a mechanism to close the window in the middle of the night, than it would be perfect.
Wasn't this one of the tips in that tips for life thread?
I do it sometimes, and yes with my huge comfy covers I fucking enjoy it.
I actually started this year. I found it too hot one night and I couldn't reach the radiator which was behind a fat couch, so I figured I'd open the window and deal with it the next day. I loved it.
It's snot-freezing cold outside, I sleep with the window open and a large fan going at full speed aimed towards me. It does feel extremely cosy to have super thick covers in those conditions. Although getting up can be a problem.

The heat goes out the window?
I did this once, I woke up and it was fucking freezing.
I have my window cracked year round, cause I'm never cold and it's impossible for me to sleep if I'm even slightly warm.
I know a good way to keep warm at winter :smug:

We always pay for heat the same ammount a month even if we don't use it.
When you roll over you freeze and die.
I don't like sleeping with my window open, to much noise from the outside comes in that way.
I used to keep like 2 fans on even in the winter, but I stopped when I started getting sore throats every other week.
If you do this, cover up your face or something. Also buy a heating blanket, they're awesome :3:
I turn my AC to high-cold in the winter.
Then I hide under my blanket.
Sure, it feels good and all. But you'll NEVER get out of bed, because it'll be so fucking freezing
