Any way to access my SMC router/ port forward without going to the router page?

Hello everyone, I was running a private minecraft server for me and a couple of friends to play on, long story short; I had to get a new HDD - tried to start new server - ports not forwarded for new HDD. My problem is, my SMC router will not let me in any longer, even with the correct username and password, contacted service provider, they can't do shit, I cannot access router.
So is there a program or a workaround to accessing my router to port forward?
Thanks everyone :)
Your service provider should be able to change your password and username themselves, And if they can't you should tell them to give you a new router since that is complete BS.
Have you tried resetting it? Most routers have a button or something that you can press which restores it to factory settings.

Actually, I did both of the above and it still won't let me in with the default password and username. Since the router is made by SMC, Rogers can't change it. I can;t get anyone on the SMC line, because they redirect me to Rogers. Seriously, doesn't hamachi have something like this?
