Yesterday while browsing Youtube, I came across a random video called "Japanese way of folding T-shirts!", so curiously I clicked it thinking what could possibly be so different in how they do it? Well, suffice to say it changed my view of t-shirt folding forever. Here's the video: English version: The video has been around for quite awhile, so it's possible that many of you might have seen it, but I thought I'd share it anyway, because it's definitely a skill that I will pass down to my children. Also, incase you wanna get all technical with it, here's a neat little diagram explaining it Happy folding! :v:
I use hangers. Looks neat though.
My life is now complete. Thank you Mr Whiplash~
God, this is fucking old. Seriously, I remember watching it when I was young.
God, this is fucking old. Seriously, I remember watching it when I was young.
So you what, watched it yesterday? Also, this seems interesting. I think I'll try it.
I use hangars.
http://s3.amazonaws.com/kym-assets/photos/images/original/000/111/439/yup.jpg?1301937555 Anyways, that looks neat but I can't get it right even though its super simple. :(
Finally took 2 minutes to sit down and learn this, and I can say this will be pretty damn helpful in college.

Pull your right hand through to where your right elbow was in that triangle. That's the tough part, I'm sure you can figure out how to pick it up and fold it in half.
Yes I actually will go back because this is too goddamn hard

I'll try this, but since I don't like to spend time folding clothes, I usually just fold them sloppily and toss them in my drawer.
Let's hope someone doesn't make a nuke joke.
Let's hope someone doesn't make a nuke joke.
Too complex for a nuke-Tshirt joke.
God, this is fucking old. Seriously, I remember watching it when I was young.
You had an exciting childhood I see
I've seen this video seven years ago. I'm not even kidding, I still have the video saved on my old harddrive. Date is 18.04.2004. In related news
Why would you want to use bilinear interpolation combined with methods of origami to fold a shirt?
Fuck yeah, thanks!
I only used this for 2 weeks after I first saw the video.
Holy shit I've been looking on how to do this for ages. Now when I'll be jobless and searching for work in the future, I'll go to cloth department stores. If they ask me if I have any experience, I'll just pull this ninja shit off. Insta-hire. Thanks dude.
This is glorious. I will amaze my friends and family with the exciting new way to fold clothes!
What a tool
Pfft. I use Sheldons way.
Wow. I just went though 25 shirts in five minutes....It usually takes me a few hours to do that.
I have been enlightened, I now know how to fold my T-shirt.

Why does this diagram remind me of lagrange points?
