shia labeouf?
Really loving the fun, non serious tone of the sequel. Hoping it all pays off.
Say what you will about Watch_Dogs but it was very satisfying killing the villains in it. The Deadmau5 ripoff was a pain in the ass the whole game but killing him by blowing up his car then running him over as he rolled out made dealing with him worth it
Not going to lie, the large amounts of hipster influences is kind of turning away my interest.
The edgy ness is real. I fucking dislike it, they're going way too far. I get why Marcus friend is called Wrench, it's because he's literally a tool.

(Hey Hackerman, take on this entire gangster playground with an inaccurate AK-47 and limited pathways between cover.) I enjoyed it most when you played it like a latent anarchist/terrorist, i.e starting gun fights in the massive intersection pile up you caused and being very fast and loose with collateral damage. I didn't use it much, but I also liked that 'disabling' police officers by shooting them in the legs yielded you way less 'bad guy' points, making you feel like a much more impotent T-800 from Terminator 2. Also any game where you can trigger a 'melee' animation with a gun and just have it be a fancy version of shooting someone always gets free points in my book. I can't get over how cringy hackers can be portrayed in literally any medium.

AAA Video games as a medium is still stuck using generalization to tell its' stories. Which is a shame since it could've been so much more.
Or you could do it accurately like Mr Robot that works wonderfully and gets amazing response from everyone
But as much as I dislike them nowadays, a game of Mr. Robot would be better suited towards a narrative adventure (like Telltale) or a fully focused hacker simulator like Hacknet. Watch_Dogs is triple-A open world, so the narrative needs to focus on characters who steal cars and shoot people all the time so that it can be done between missions.

Looks like everyone is a douche in this game

But, yeah I do remember something about them being a little bit "out there" in Watch_Dogs. Though, honestly I'd rather see this hipster memes stuff than the whole Aiden thing all over again.

"took yall long enough to get me!" lol. hackers these days.
