I made a post a while back asking what parts I could get on a smaller budget, but my money I was expecting didn't come through, and I'm able to order some parts now.
I currently have these parts available for the build:
Antec 300 Case
PowerColor 512MB Radeon HD 5770 GPU
Corsair 450W PSU
Hard drives
and OS
A screen and mouse
Now, what I want and what I'll be doing with this:
I'd like maybe an i5 2500K. Is this needed? I might want to OC it also.
I'll need new RAM and a Mobo. Maybe 8GB of ram?
I will be playing games. Lots of games. Hopefully Skyrim. I will also be coding, web design, and a bit of video production.
Will I need a new PSU?
I noticed a while back that my fans in the Antec 300 Case had to be manually adjusted via a switch connected to them. I hate that so much. What are some fans I should buy?
I live in the US. I'll probably be using Newegg.
I got some parts picked out.

I had no idea where to go with the motherboard. Was it a good pick? Do I need a new PSU?
Can't check the mobo at the moment, but the 450W will most likely just barely make it. If you have the choice to buy one after you've tried with your current, then i'd personalöy do so.

450W is fine.
