This isn't the bungie we know and love, he's long gone Dave.
So hes the guy behind the main theme of the Halo series which is famous enough, this news is quite sad.

Wow, first Joseph Staten left, now this. I think Marty had one of the biggest roles, I think Halo wouldn't have been the same without such a keen composer. At least he'll be recognized still.
