My neighbors are animal abusing retards. - General

TL;DR: Parents suck shit 5 year old is a psycho 9 year old brother lets her be one. So today, I went over to my neighbors house to check in on them. Let me give you a summary of my neighbors. My neighbors are a family of 4 2 fat parents These 2 fat ass parents are the worst parents ever. This 5 year old beats the shit out of her dogs and gets away with it. and the fat 9 year old is her punching bag. 1 fat 9 year old kid and a skinny 5 year old So I went over there to find out that their pitbull puppy ran away. Let me give you a summary of the 5 year old She's a crazed human being. She harms her dogs and the parents don't do shit. She had a pet cat who ran away. She tries to ride her brother's fucking dog like a horse. (he ran away soon after, but was brought back home) and worse, the pitbull. He's only 3 or so months old. He's so cuute but this girl, she dropped him on his ribs when he was about 2 months old. He soon ran away. I'm sick of people being idiots and thinking pets are disposable creatures. What do I do facepunch? These parents are obviously unfit of having dogs, AND children. They think the proper way to train a pitbull not to jump is to knee him in the stomach and smack him across the face. UPDATE: My young little friends have told me that their Uncle killed majority of their dogs.

Report it to the RSPCA and move on.

You could report them to the animal cruelty people. But have proof though because they seem the type to lie about it if they were confronted.

As others have stated, report the situation to animal cruelty and/or local child welfare services. If the situation's bad enough, they'll do something about it.
