It's only 30% - from $40 to $28. I can't be all that mad, because the game's easily worth $40, but still, could have saved a few bucks.
I really liked Phantom Pain despite it's repetitive nature but when you reach the second half of the game, it just goes downhill.
The most important thing about this sale is that Revengeance is $7.49.
