Grease monkey-Allows repair of robots
Scavenger-A 1 in 20 chance of picking up caps/stimpacks every time you move

Breaking Free-Allows you to remove slaver collars from yourself or other players but not from NPC's
Gun Lover - Carry two guns at once.
Toughness - You're able to take more damage then normal before dying.
Ninja - Higher agility (run faster, jump higher).
Ghostly Ghoul - If you die, you can revive yourself as a ghoul.
