Since an hour approx. i have a very weird kind of headache, i suppose its because my nose was blocked the last days coz i got a cold. So now while my head actually doesnt hurt at all when im still, coughing and basically changing the height of my head (when standing up from my seat) makes it hurt like SHIT. I've already looked but theres no stuff gainst headache in my whole flat.
Is there anything i can do?
Go out and buy some painkillers. That's about the best you can do.

Sit it out, don't use painkillers for everytime you have little pain. You're ill, go to bed, sleep. Or even better, go see a doctor.
I get this once every year, it's called forehead sinusitis. Basically all the phlegm that's in your nose goes to your forehead and/or throat, going to your throat it makes it hard to breathe for you, going to your forehead gets you a weird headache. I'm not entirely sure, but the characteristic of it hurting when standing up and being caused by a cold points out it's it as I've never had/heard of anything else that causes it.
The thing you need to do is get a warm bath, go into the sauna and you can use this:

I don't know if you got it, but it helps. You put your head in it and let warm steam get through your nose, loosening all the phlegm and making it drip out, if you're lucky. It should be gone after 7- 10 days.

Practically there is no medicine, but what I said earlier. You're just gonna have to wait for a week.
