• Scheduling my Diet?

My cousin is a nutritionist and MMA fighter that recommended me a diet and I'm going to try it this week. The problem is that a major part of the diet is eating meals periodically throughout the day (one meal every three hours), but I have classes for 5 and a half hours every day. Would it be smarter to make up for this by eating two meals before school and two after and then resume the schedule for the rest of the day? Or should I skip a few meals? I don't have any other ideas besides that, so if anybody else eats periodically all advice would be appreciated.
You can eat small meals between breaks, it doesn't need to be much and it will only take you a few minutes.
