What program would be the best to install and uninstall shit. Default windows uninstaller only uninstalls certain parts, but some files and registry is left there. I need something that would launch the installer, see what it adds, and then when I want, it will remove EVERYTHING that program left in my system including it's registry keys.

ccleaner doesn't delete all of them too. I used procmon or whatever to see, it finds reg entries, but there's tons of them and I cant be arsed to delete them by hand.

tuneup utilities 2009 deletes reg entries as well.
and so does spybot S&D

CCleaner has some uninstall and startup tools.
It sped up my PC
