(March 24) -- If you're going to cheat at video games, don't do it in China. You could end up with a 10-inch knife in your skull.
Of course, I'm against senseless violence. But as a lifelong gamer, some part of me can't help but sympathize -- if only a little -- with the guys who allegedly stabbed a kid after he hacked into a store's computer to rig it so he could see through the game's walls and set the high score on Counter Strike.
Wall hacks have been the bane of a serious shooter players since the genre was invented, and some of us take pride in our ability to actually play by the rules. I can't say that I'd ever seriously attempt to murder a cheater (even if I knew where that person lived), but I'd definitely go stare daggers at him. I might even use an expletive or two.
But yeah, for the record, knifing a cheater is bad, so I probably wouldn't do it. Maybe.

Go to China,
use wallhacks,
get stabbed.
Chinese CHEATER, not hacker.
Using a program to gain an advantage in a game is called a hack, therefore the term hacker is correct.
We should stab op for not searching first.
